Estar “saturado”, si eres un ácido graso, no es algo indeseable, no. Tener una alta proporción de ácidos grasos saturados, si eres una grasa y no deseas que quienes te coman enfermen, es algo bueno.
Y por fin la comunidad científica lo ha proclamado abiertamente…
